DELIVERY INFORMATION STATION

Standard shipping time is usually 2-3 working days from despatch for small parcels and 3-4 working days for larger items - see checkout for full shipping pricing options.
Next Day Orders placed by 2:00pm Monday to Thursday, will be delivered the following day, usually by 1pm. Any orders placed after 2:00pm on a weekday and throughout Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following working day, unless specified otherwise (excludes public holidays). Some deliveries do require a signature.
We use several different delivery services to make sure your parcel can get to you in super fast time. Usually our deliveries are made by Hermes for larger items and Royal Mail for the more demure in stature. Your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. Be assured dear friend we'll make sure to get you your Captain Clareways goodies as quickly as we can.
If you would like to have your orders sent to separate UK addresses, please complete a separate order for each address, each order will incur an individual delivery fee.
Orders for £40.00 or more qualify for FREE Speedy Gonzales Standard delivery (UK only, excluding Ireland). Giftcards, vouchers and postage and packaging do not contribute to the total order value.
There are some restrictions and time delays for certain postcodes and regions, please read full terms of service at check out for details.
If a signature is required and no-one is able to sign for your delivery, or if it cannot be delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place, it may be taken back to the carrier's depot, awaiting redelivery instructions or collection. When this happens Royal Mail, Hermes, or 'other courier' will issue a "Sorry we missed you" or "While you were out" card. You can then arrange for redelivery, or pick the item up in person.

RETURNS

We will refund an item if you’re not completely happy with it, which is highly unlikely because our stuff is AMAZING. However, if you do need to return something then please inform us of your intent to return and the reason why within seven working days by emailing our returns team - see Contact Me page.

Please quote your reason for the return and your order number. You will then shortly after receive an email with an authorisation code and instructions on how to post the item back to us.

You may return your order to us via any secure shipping method at your cost. Please note that Royal Mail can take a little longer to reach us, which may cause a slight delay to your refund. We recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method - i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility.

Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person at this address. Please kindly refrain from sending your return to our Swan Court address. This is our registered office only, and any returned items unfortunately cannot be accepted at this address.

Goods will be checked at the warehouse and a refund will not be made until they have been received and checked. we will issue your refund back to the card it was purchased with. Please note a refund can take up to 28 days to show on your bank account. 

In order for us to refund a product, it must be unused, unmarked, in perfect condition with its tags still on, in all original packaging. Any sealed items must be returned with their packaging unopened and intact. If your item to return is broken in any way please state ‘damaged’ as your reason with a brief description and, if possible, a photograph of the damaged item. We will refund the postage cost you incur to return the faulty item (up to as value of £6).

If you are returning fragile items, please ensure that you package your return securely, using an appropriate method of return, obtaining extra insurance if needed. Delivery Charges are non-refundable. Electrical products and battery powered items are guaranteed for one year. Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of any beauty items including cosmetics, perfumes, toiletries and perishable goods where the seal has been broken. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. For faulty items that have been worn/used or returns outside our Returns Policy, email us for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of Captain Clareways.
